| We aim to dispatch orders received before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday on the same working day and all orders placed after this time the next business day.
We use Royal Mail 1st class post for small packages and Either DHL or UPS courier services for larger orders.
There are several delivery options available.
Free Delivery is either via Royal Mail Or DHL, this is normally a two-three day service.
Sometimes it may be the next working day. It cannot however be guaranteed.
UPS Premium Delivery Service.
This is a premium service that offers upto three delivery attempts (on consecutive days) and the choice of changing the delivery address after the parcel has left us. (place of work) Etc.
All next day and saturday deliveries are automatically dispatched via this method.
There is an option of upgrading a standard Free Delivery to this service for only £3, this needs to be done at the time of checkout, it does not guarantee next day delivery but gives you peace of mind should you need to go out on a regular basis.
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £99.99 to destinations in the UK, including Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland*.
The delivery charge for orders under £99.99 is Only £4.99
Next Day Delivery is only £6.99
Saturday Delivery is only £19.99

Returns Policy
We promise to replace your item as soon as possible!
If your product is damaged when it arrives, please call or e-mail us before you return it.
For us to properly process your claim, you must:
Notify us of damage to your order within 48 hr of receipt.
Keep the original packaging should a carrage company representative ask to inspect it.
We offer 2 methods for handling damaged merchandise.
1. We will send out a pre paid return label to have the product returned. When we recieve the product we will ship out the replacement.
2. For faster service we offer the customer the option to purchase a new replacement product. The product will be sent out with a pre paid return label. When you recieve the new product just return us back the damaged product and we will issue a full refund.

Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are only issued for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in error.
Online Credit
If the product you received is not what you expected or simply does not fit, we'll issue you an on-line credit note for you to redeem anytime for any product at our online store.
Carrage Charges
Carrage charges are only refundable for defective merchandise or merchandise we sent in error returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Proper Packaging
Any returns must be packaged appropriately and insured to avoid damage. We cannot issue credits or refunds on improperly packaged return items which arrive damaged.
